Product Description

With the blurring of work and personal life, and the proliferation of social media coverage of events, it has become increasingly difficult for employers to understand what aspects of an employee’s off-duty antics may amount to employment misconduct. In this one-hour session, Lance Ceaser will present an update on how an employer can legally address a variety of off-duty issues, including social media misconduct, driving infractions, and criminal conduct.

With over 11 years’ experience in management-side labour and employment law (both in private practice and in-house with a large Canadian multi-national corporation), Lance Ceaser has exceptional depth of knowledge of workplace legal issues and how to resolve them. For over a year, Lance has operated his own practice, Ceaser Work Counsel, in London, Ontario, with clients in a variety of areas and industries.

Watching this webinar qualifies for 1 CPD hour under the Formal Activities category for OLSs.
