Overview:
The webinar introduced ARLO Release 3, the latest update to Alberta’s online land registry platform. Key enhancements include:
- Interactive Alberta Parcel Map for intuitive land parcel exploration
- Direct Title Downloads from the ARLO platform
- Access to Historical Titles
- Expanded Search Options including legal land descriptions (ATS)
- Enhanced Help Center and new report formats for external clients
The session featured a live demo, user research insights, and a Q&A segment, emphasizing ARLO’s user-centered design and its alignment with Alberta’s digital modernization goals.

- Divya led the session, providing an overview of ARLO’s evolution and Release 3 features. She supports engagement and training initiatives across the Registries Evolution project.
- George McGeachie, Product Owner at Registries Evolution, SARTR GoA
- George is responsible for delivering ARLO’s core functionalities, including the new parcel map. He co-led the demo of the map feature.
- Candace Klunzinger, Service Designer at Registries Evolution, SARTR GoA
- Candace translates user needs into intuitive digital experiences. She co-presented the parcel map demo and shared user research insights.
