Erin Davis presented an online workshop on unconscious bias training for statutory committee members, but all members were welcome to attend. The purpose of the session was to help us identify and mitigate the unconscious biases that all of us have in our decision-making roles.
Attendees are asked to complete the online questionnaire and watch the workshop videos in advance of the session.

Erin Davis (she/ her) is an award-winning expert dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. With a passion for fostering inclusive cultures, she has played a pivotal role in driving impactful change across organizations. Erin\’s expertise lies in designing and implementing comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategies tailored to each organization\’s unique needs. She collaborates closely with executive teams, HR departments, and employees at all levels to cultivate an environment where diversity is celebrated, and inclusivity is embedded in the fabric of the organization. Erin\’s commitment to driving diversity, equity, and inclusion is reflected in her diverse contributions to the field. Her ability to inspire, educate, and advocate for inclusive practices makes her a highly respected thought leader and catalyst for positive change. She currently resides in Edmonton, Treaty 6 Territory, Region 4 of the Metis Nation of Alberta, with her husband and two children, where they work together to teach them about a world where inclusion truly matters.
